Cade Green '16 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing AAU Basketball competitively since 5th Grade. I have had a starting role on not only a State Championship team but also a National Championship team. I was the leading scorer all time at my middle school. I attended Satellite High School and started on the varsity team at Point Guard as a Freshman, while leading my team to a district championship and their first ever regional win. I finished as the 8th leading scorer in class 4A out of all Freshman in the State of Florida. My Sophomore year I was named team captain averaging around 14 points and 4 assists per game leading my team to a winning record during the regular season. My junior year I transferred to Florida Air Academy to step up the caliber of competition and to increase my chances at winning a State Championship, while playing for Each One Teach One's summer AAU program. My High School season ended this year in a tight loss in the regional finals to the State runner up's Sagemont by 1. I am currently working hard to improve my game and physical attributes, and am looking forward to a big senior season. My goal is to play College Basketball for a quality high IQ program. I am smart, hardworking player that is willing to fill any role on the team that is needed. I have a lot of experience playing both Point Guard and the Shooting Guard positions. After my playing career is over I am also very interested in becoming high level Basketball Coach due to my passion for the game. On top of my athletic resume I take my responsibilities in the Classroom very seriously maintaining a 3.97 Unweighted GPA.  While taking only Honors and AP classes and being involved in as many extracurricular activities and school clubs I can be a part of.  I Strongly believe to be a successful athlete you must also be an outstanding student.
