Jordan Benjamin '14 Recruiting Profile

Playing basketball became a passion of mine when I first attended Luol Deng's basketball training camp in London at the age of 14. Since then I have progressed onto playing competitively with Lewisham Thunder Basketball Club under the tutelage of Steve Bucknall  (the first Englishman to play in the NBA)

My goal is to attend A D1 college via a basketball scholarship. I intend to successfully graduate and progress my basketball skills  to the highest level.
I am a good candidate for any team because I am a person that is supportive and helpful.  I believe in continuous self development and tend to rise to all challenges in order to improve myself on and off the court.   I am a person that never gives up and will pursue rebounds on both ends of the court. I stand out from other recruits because I am eager to improve in all aspects of my life,  I am a good listener  and have a good attitude when being given constructive criticism.  Ultimately I am always willing to improve myself.

Furthermore my academics is at a good standard and I enjoy food technology (culinary arts) preparing new dishes and perfecting my cooking skills to a high standard.
