Personal Statement

One of Five 2017 Top Available Big Men in Florida

Flying Under The Radar...  PrepHoops

I'm the son of a basketball life-er.   My father was a high school All-American, a 4 year starter at Virginia Tech and played 10 years professionally overseas. As a sports agent of 13 years he then worked for 21 years with the Orlando Magic as the head of international scouting.   I come from a strong basketball pedigree.  For the past 7 years I've worked closely with my father to become a "complete" basketball player.   My strongest characteristics are my work ethic and my attention to detail.  I struggle with ADHD but basketball helps with that!   I was recently selected by our Chamber of Commerce for their Youth Leadership Collier program which has helped me hone my leadership skills and learn more about my home town, Naples, FL.  The only thing I feel is more important than becoming a great basketball player is becoming a great teammate and person.  I am ready to become a hard working member of your team.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
