My name is Dwayne Frazier and I love basketball. Since I started playing basketball when I was eight, I have always wanted to be one of the best players at the top level. As I grew older I realized that many other ball players have the same drive as I, which has motivated me to continue sharpening my skills, so that I can compete against the best players in the game. My goal is to eventually become one of the best in college basketball and beyond.
I love team sports and if I am on a coach’s team, I always do my best to make the team better. I understand that I have to practice good sportsmanship, because of my desire to play ball at the highest level when I graduate from the University with a degree in Sports Management.
I try to remain a well-rounded player: I attend church weekly and volunteer in many areas of service. I have been in the boy scouts since I was eight, and I am on my way to becoming an Eagle Scout. My stepdad, who spent 20 years in the United States Coast Guard and who is now retired, constantly encourages me to attain the highest level in the Boy Scout. Encouraged by both my mom and stepdad, I give my best in all scholastic activities especially in rigorous assignments or tests. In addition to practicing hard at basketball, I study often. I realize that success takes a lot of effort.
