Edward Lawrence '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a relative newcomer to basketball having just started playing about three years ago. That's why I don't have a long list of accomplishments. However I'm exactly 7' 1" in my stocking feet and weigh 225 lbs. My coaches say I've made great strides in the past year and I believe I have a good future. If you want to see some things that have been written about me recently look at the "Press Links" section. Although I'm British, I also have an American passport as my father is American. In order to enhance my chances of getting into a good university I've transferred from my high school in England to Canterbury School in New Milford Connecticut. I started there as a boarding student from September 2010. My parents are still in England. I would suggest sending post directly to the school or contacting Don Gowan who as well as being my basketball coach works in the school admissions office.
I have now committed to Princeton should I be accepted (10/05/11). My acceptance should come by the end of October. Thank you very much for taking an interest in me. I hope you are able to find someone else who can meet your needs.
