Eric Goedde '12 Recruiting Profile

I am 6’ 2’’ with a 32 inch vertical and weigh 185 pounds. I bench press 255 pounds and am a strong, physical player.  I have been playing basketball since I could walk and it is my one true love. I earned a starting spot on my high school varsity team my freshman year and have continued to start at every game as well as being team captain my Junior and Senior years. I lead by my example and through my intensity on the court.  I have been playing at a high level of competition on my AAU team for the past four years and have a lot of travel/national tournament experience.  I have dreamt of playing college basketball since I really started to develop a love of the game, around junior high.. I would love to play basketball anywhere where the school is a good fit for me. I choose these schools because I like the size, the location of the campuses, and the coaching philosophy.  You also have the degrees that I am most interested in: Business, law enforcement and sports medicine.  I am a standout from my piers because of my hard work and dedication to the sport as well as my unmatched commitment.. I get up at 5:30 in the morning to work on dribbling and then go to the gym later that day to work on jumpers and weight training after practice.  I want to go into a college that is at a high competitive level and my goal is to start playing my freshman year and to have a huge positive impact on the team.  Please consider me as a player that can contribute to your teams’ success through 2017.  Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider me for a player on your team.
