Elias Tiedgen '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Elias Tiedgen. I am 6'2” and 180 pounds.  As a junior, I was fortunate enough to named 1st team All-Continental Conference.  I also led my team in scoring, and 3-point percentage.  I attend ThunderRidge high school in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and have a 3.4 cumulative GPA. Academics are equally as important to me as athletics. For the past 4 consecutive semesters I have been on the honor roll, having a 3.5 GPA or greater in each semester. This last semester, I had a 3.7 GPA.  I will graduate in May, 2015.  I also played for the ThunderRidge AAU basketball team. Over the summer, we won several local tournaments and went 9-2 in national tournaments in California and Nevada. My main positions are shooting guard and point guard. I train very hard all year round. I attend a strength and conditioning class during the school year, and summer weights in the summer.  I was fortunate to set the all-time school record in box jumps this past spring.  I currently have 3 varsity basketball letters and 2 varsity football letters. I do whatever I can to help my team win, and consider myself to be determined, dedicated, and responsible. I desire to earn a basketball scholarship. I want to further my education to assure myself a successful future.
