Throughout high school my integrity has been tested again and again. Many times I faultered and lost my way therefore facing the consequences. Learning from my mistakes pushed me to work harder in everything I do especially sports because I know the taking the easy way out always has consequences.
I have played rugby for seven years and it has contributed to my game significantly with my aggression, athleticism, court awareness, and being a team player. I have won Most valuable player in my position as a center and fullback in rugby two years in a row for both my freshmen and sophmore year and have been second in state, the runner up three years in a row playing and starting on a division 1 rugby team.
My goals in life is to contribute positively in everything I do whether it be on the court or behind a desk. I will play my role and be a good asset who works my butt off in anything I do. Due to my schools academic rigor at Denver school of Science and Technology, certain things are required of you in order to succeed which is put a lot of time and commitment into you school work and being a senior now, I see how those who didn't take advantage of a good education struggled and didn't reach their goals. My goal is doing something I love and what I'm passionate about and being able to put 100% effort into that work.
