Hello. My name is Christian Williams. I will be a 2017 graduate of Black Hills High School in Tumwater WA. I’m currently 5’10” and weight 170 lbs. I run the 40 in 4.8 seconds. In my junior year I completed 61 of 103 pass attempts (14 pass drops) with 19 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions. I also ran for 185 yards with 2 touchdowns. My season passer rating was 133.4 and my average snap-to-throw time was 1.79 seconds. I have earned the Evergreen Conference All-Academic award the past three years and was the EvCo 1st Team QB and South Puget Sound All-Area 2nd Team Multipurpose Player in 2016 and Honorable Mention (2nd team) QB in 2015. For the past 4 years I have been a student of Coach JC Boice with the National Football Academies and am a member of their Blackshirt QB development program. Prior to high school, I played from 2nd-8th grade with the Thurston County Youth Football League. In 7th-8th grades I played for my middle school simultaneously to the youth league.
Football is my passion. It’s my passion in the sense that I am willing to sacrifice many things in my personal life to attend camps/trainings, lift weights early in the morning, throw routes with my teammates, and generally do anything I can to develop my skills to be better for my team. I’ve always been wiling to do what ever my team needs to win – including playing in a number of positions. But my main focus has been QB over the past few years. I truly believe that if one were to look at my training log and the time I spend in and out of football season to get better for my team, there would be no one in the history of my school’s football program that has put in as much time as I have. Because of my commitment and leadership on and off the field, my teammates voted me Varsity Team Captain this past season.
You should also know that football is not my only sport. I’ve been a national level judo competitor, varsity level wrestler and track runner, and played soccer in my younger days before high school.
I am open to attend school anywhere I can get a good education and can contribute to a team’s success. I live in the Northwest, so naturally, I’d like to study and play closer to home. But, I would not hesitate to attend a good college at a greater distance if I had the opportunity to compete for a position on the football team and play at the highest completion level possible.
My current interest is to go into business for myself in construction management. So, I plan on studying Business and Construction Management at college. I am looking for a high academic environment with a good balance of academics and athletics. I also hope to make team impact as soon as possible in my college career.
I hope you look favorably on my information and film links. If you are interested in a committed, competitive, and athletic individual, who also works hard academically, please consider me.
