Cole Starnes '16 Recruiting Profile

My strongest quality and what makes me an ideal candidate for any team is my commitment to be the best I can be in order to help my team succeed. From an athletic perspective, I distinguish myself from other athletes by the amount of work I'm willing to put in on the field, in the weightroom, and on my own time. I attribute my extremely high measurables to the amount of extra work and time I dedicate to making myself better. Academically, I've had to work hard to overcome my dyslexia and ADD.  My eligibility has never been at risk as I have never failed a class, because my work ethic has also carried into the classroom. Like athletics, I put in extra work in the classroom to ensure my academic success by attending tutorials before and after school. I'm looking forward to the challenge of college athletics and academics. I have consistently overcome any challenges in my way thus far.  Because of my work ethic and will to succeed, I know I will be successful in all my future endeavours.
