Hello Coaches,
My name is Devin Cochran. I live in Muskogee, Oklahoma. I'm a 11 grader at Hilldale High school. I love playing football, lifting weights and running track.I have been playing football since 4 grade, and I loved it ever since then. I love the brotherhood of playing with my friends. I always try to do the right thing as a player on and off the field. I listen to my coaches, work hard, first one in and last one out of the weight room. This past summer I got invited to FBU (Football University) in Oklahoma City, and got invited to FBU TOP GUN in Ohio, where was also named to top linebacker there too. I am now on FBU Top Gun's Watchlist for 2016 Linebackers. I was blessed to be able to go to the U.S. Army National Combine this year and did really good there against some of the top runningbacks and linebackers all around. I've learned so much in the past couple of years under my coaches. I believe I'm a better running back and linebacker for going through what I had to go through. I'm stronger, tougher, smarter, and truly blessed to be able to have the ability to run the ball. This past year, I shared starts with a Senior at running back and ran for over 700 yds, starter as ILB, with 80 tackles. The last three games of the season our slot receiver went down and my name was called to fill in since I had the best hands of the group. I racked up over 200 yards receiving and 3 touchdowns. I want to earn a full ride to college to help my parents out with my education. My parents are my biggest fans. I make amazing grades. I work extremely hard for everything I do, because one day I know it's going be worth it. I have always tried to be a leader through my actions and my daily walk. I lead the team prayer before the game and I try and be a leader on the field throughout the game. My major is Nursing, I want to work in Pediatrics. Some of my favorite players are: JJ Watt, RGIII, Clay Matthews, Demarco Murray, Joseph Randle
