My name is Julius Felder, I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I recently moved to Concord, NC where I now attend Concord First Assembly Christian School.
My goal for college is to explore a major in Physical Therapy in the sports field. This will position me to be able to work with athletes at all three levels of competition such as; high school, college and professional. During my high school career I've played at the varsity level for all three years. I would consider myself not only an all around athlete but have been told by coaches and teachers that I am an exceptional person. I say this because, I not only use my leadership qualities and my will to succeed on the field to help my team win, I also use these skills off the field in my dealings with people I interact with.
During my freshmen, sophomore and junior year, I accumulated many different accolades. For example, I was team captain all three years. Freshmen year, I was voted by the team as underclassmen of the year. My junior and senior year I was selected NCISSA III All-State as a wide receiver. What makes me different from other recruits is when I step on the field, you want have to worry about getting me motivated or wonder will he step up to the challenge. Because my years of playing high school football has taught me to never give up and never back down from a challenge no matter how hard the adversity may be on and off the field. I have been able to maintain my grades and extra curricular activities throughout my high school years while not only playing football but also, basketball and track.
I would love to be a part of an environment that provides me with the best opportunity to not only exceed in its athletic program but also in academics. I hope you will consider me to be a part of your institution.
