Matthew Beaver '17 Recruiting Profile

I am Matthew Beaver a C/O 2017 graduate from Jesse Carson High School, China Grove, NC     I work hard every day at all I strive to do.  On the field and academically, off the field.   I currently maintain a 4.5 GPA with mostly honors and AP courses   As a football player I play DE and 2016 season broke the record for our high school in fumble recoveries.  My greatest desire is to continue my football career into college while achieving a degree.  I am a hard worker, take constructive criticism as a chance to better myself and am very coachable respecting the advice and training offered to me to make myself, and my team a more well rounded, winning brotherhood.  I respect opportunities and challenges offered to me and meet those with the highest of regards feeling privelideged enough to be chosen to better myself all around.   I am an Eagle Scout, a Crosby Scholar, Honor Society, Varsity Letterd Starting player and participated in our outdoor track and field team   Most of my time off the field is spent in the gym, running shuttles to better my performance and time and studying to maintain the GPA needed to achieve my dreams of greatness   I feel I could be a great addition and asset to any program but athletically and academically   I'm ready to help win a championship in 2018.
