I am self motivated, hard working, respectful to others and myself type of person. My main goal in life is to just become successful whether it be in football, my career of choice or in the military, I just want to make it and have no worries. I would say I know how to adjust because certain situations in my life caused me to grow up and become a man instead of staying a little kid. That situation was that my dad left my mom and they got a divorce. At the time I was only 13 and I knew if he wasn't going to be around me, as the oldest male in the household, I would have to step up and help my mom out and that's just what I did with no hesitation. I started to mow grass to save up money for myself and give my mom gas money or extra money when she needed it and just recently this past summer I interned at Food Lion which turned into a permit job after my internship was over so I'm thankful for that. im just about helping my mom out, making her happy and proud of me.
As far as athletics, I'm very coachable. If I'm not the most top athlete in the room i guarantee I'll be the most hardworking, driven and motivating. When a coach is talking to me, I listen and comprehend what the coach is telling me and if I have something to say or ask afterwards, I say it in the most respectful way I can. the position I want to play is DE but I am open to anything as long as I have great coach, practice makes perfect.
In academics, I currently have a 3.1 GPA and even though that's ok I want to make it better and I'm trying to do that by completing my work on time, doing my homework, turning in my assignments, staying for tutoring if needed, and just trying to stay ahead that way I cant fall behind.
In all, I think im a good athlete and even better person. I show and give respect to others, I put my heart in everything that i do or i just won't do it at all. Im a great listener, i take feedback good whether its good or bad it can only make me better.
