Dalton Wicht '17 Recruiting Profile

Playing in the first home playoff game for our school in 30 years is the highlight of my high school career so far. Over the summer, before this season, I grew a lot as a player.  When we had an off day from weights or a camp, I would be out on the track with my ladder doing footwork drills.  Over the course of the summer I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. Teamwork is one of the most important things in the game of football. Not only have I excelled in athletics, but I also have been doing well in the classroom.

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I value the educational aspect of the student athlete experience as much as the great athletic experiences. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but I have character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an impact on your program.  I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team!
