I gained a passion for the game of football at a young age, playing in Pop Warner. I had realized that I loved the game, and I wanted to make football a main priority in my life. Early on I began to understand the game of football from both sides of the ball. To this day my desire to play, my dedication to work and commitment to excel at football is second to none. While my personal expectations and goals for myself as an athlete require a great deal of my time and energy, I never allowed for it to distract me from school and other parts of my life.
As a football player, my quickness, speed, agility and strength allow me to contribute on the field as a wide receiver (slot), kick returner and special teams contributor. My team goals for the next two years will be the same - to win the State Championship. My personal goals for this season (and next) are to be a strong team leader and to establish myself as a premier high school student athlete worthy of playing football at the collegiate level. Although I want to excel personanlly I am willing to do anything to help the team be successful.
Whether in practice or in a game, I play with great passion and energy, leaving it all on the field. To be given the opportunity to play football as a college student athlete is my ultimate goal and dream. In order to accomplish this goal, I know and will continue to strive every day to be the most mentally prepared, best conditioned and strongest player on the field.
