Logan Wright '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Logan Wright.  I am 17 years old.  I am a senior during the 2016 season.  I have been the starting offensive guard in all Junior and Senior season games in the '15 & '16 season.  I have a passion to play in college and am in the midst of working towards that goal during the off season.  I work out 8-10 times a week which includes weight training, speed drills, cardio and also lead the position drills for my fellow lineman teamates.   I feel strongly about family, my faith, my school and my football career.   I am taking the necessary steps to continue to acheive strong grades.   In my junior year, my grade point average was 3.8.  I am on track to get my cumulative GPA over 3.5 by the end of my senior year.   I continue to grow both physically and mentally towards acheiving football success.  I am 6'5 and 290lbs.  I continue to gain strength in bench, squats, deadlifts and cleans as well as quickness in both lateral movement and explosiveness off the ball.  I desire to play football after high school and pursue a college education.   My father was an all big eight offensive lineman and team captain under the tutelage of Andy Reid while attending the University of Missouri.  I believe I have the same tactical,  hard nosed and aggressive approach to the game as he did.  I would love to have the chance to pursue the same success.   Between now and thus up coming season, I will do what it takes to make it to the next level.
