Reide Klinger '17 Recruiting Profile

       My name is Reide Klinger and I would like to introduce myself. I am a Junior at Jenison High School (class of 2017) and football is my passion.  College football has been my dream from the moment I stepped onto the field.  At 6ft 4in and 280 pounds, I am a vital part of our Offensive Line and a force to be reckoned with. As a starter on OL, my job is to see the big picture on the field, adjust to my opponent, and be a leader on the line. I am also very good at getting off the ball, hitting hard, and one of our best pass blockers. In our games, my blocking and tackles led to significant yards for our running back. One game in particular, our running back was able to run for a total of 282 yards in the game against East Kentwood High School (ranked 4th in the state).

        Along with being a leader athletically,  I am also an excellent student.  With a 3.69 GPA and 5 out 6 of my classes either Honors or AP,  I strive for excellence in every area of my life.  Hard work, integrity, and leadership are the fabric of my character, giving 100% to everything I do. I look forward to showing you the athlete that I am and the leader that I work to be.
