Jonathan Hickey '17 Recruiting Profile

I am one of the youngest in my class of 2017 -- my DOB is 9/23/1999.  

I was not present when stats were taken the summer of 2015 -- My family and I were on vacation.

My biggest priorities in life are God, family, and school, but my passion is football.  I enjoy every single second of every play in every game I play.  The past two seasons have really taught me how football should be played and how to enjoy it while winning.  My coaches taught me everything I know.  In my opinion the most important thing they have ever told me is "Go big or go home." I think of that statement every time I step foot on the field whether it's practice or a game.  I need to put forth 110% effort in practice and in games.  By doing that I find out and show people what kind of player I am and want to be and I want to be the best player I can be.  My positions are Center, Offensive Guard, and Defensive End.  I cherish every moment I play football and hope to go to a Strong Academic and Athletic Program and make a huge difference to the team I am playing with.  Like my coaches tell me, it's either go big or go home!!
