James Todd '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is James Todd. I live in Pride, Louisiana and attend Livonia High School. Athletics have always been a big part of my life since my Dad is a high school coach. I particularly like the game of football. I have played for 8 years and have been pretty successful both on the playing field and the classroom.  I will graduate from high school in May 2016. I have dreamed of having the opportunity to play football in college, and have grown to understand how important of a tool football can be for me in my academic future. My goal and ambition is to use athletics as a vehicle to get my education. I want to experience the many opportunities that participating in college athletics can give me, such as, getting an education, learning the game of football, meeting new and exciting people, and experiencing the many influences that will shape and mold my life. I aspire to get my degree and be a functional part of a college athletic team, that will in turn provide me with the experience necessary to face the world's challenges after college. I am very excited about the future possibilities that are in front of me, and look forward to taking advantage of the college experience both academically and athletically.
