Richard Bates '17 Recruiting Profile

I'm Richard Bates. I've been playing organized football since I was five years old. Football is extremely important to me and I show tremendous emotion on the field. I want to attend a college that can offer me a great education. I would like to major in business management. I also want to play football in college, however I want to grasp all the benefits of a fulfilling education.
I'm a good fit for multiple football teams because I'm a very hard worker and I'm dedicated to everything I do. My knowledge in the classroom increases my decision making and wittiness on the field. I try to do anything and everything to improve myself and the players around me.
I am also very coachable. I follow all tasks given to me by my coaches and I have a "get the job done" mentality. I'm a very positive person which encourages the people and players around me. I'm very versatile on the offensive line. I've had experience at every offensive line position including tight end.
