My name is Jarrod Stiver and I am ready, willing and able to play college football. Continuing my football career at the collegiate level and furthering my education at the same time is my next goal.
My quickness off the line and breakaway speed has positioned me to be a potential college recruit as a running back. Although I've played many positions over the years and am willing to play where needed. I strive to be the player that others look up to, by dedicating time and never-ending commitment to my sport.
During football off-season, I spend time trying to improve my physical strength and agility. High School track has helped me increase speed and running form. Endurance on the track carries through to the football field. I am coachable and strive to be the hardest working player from the Class of 2017.
In the classroom, I've worked hard to maintain a solid GPA. High school has lead me to be self-motivated while learning to budget my time for sports and academics. My community is also very important to me, I've spent countless hours volunteering to help others. This service along with my family has helped make me a high achieving athlete and scholar.
In college i want to find the right fit where I'm challenged in the classroom and on the field. Making an immediate impact is important, and I plan to achieve this by putting in the time and being an Integral player. I want to be a roll model for both the other players and classmates.
