My name is Geoff Bilbrey. I am a 6'4'', 297 pound Offensive Guard-Tackle/Defensive Tackle at Homestead High School in Fort Wayne, IN. Homestead is in Division 6A which contains the largest high schools in the state. Last season I started playing on both sides of the ball after our left offensive tackle was injured. We ended up with an 8-3 record and won the sectional title for the first time in over ten years. This coming season I will be starting at left offensive guard and right defensive tackle. In middle school I focused on basketball and baseball. I began playing football my freshman year and by my sophomore year I was starting varsity DT. Academics are very important to me. I have been on the honor roll every semester in high school and currently own a 3.45 GPA. I volunteer at my church and have been a youth class leader for the last two years. This spring I competed in an area high school weightlifting competition and won first place in squats with a 505 lb squat. At the Chicagoland Showcase Camp at Northwestern on June 11 I registered a 4.57 shuttle time and a 8'8" broad jump. I plan to major in business with a minor in accounting. In addition to getting a good degree I would like to attend a school with a competitive football program and win lots of games.
