My number one goal and most immediate goal is to continue my education. Education is a priority in my household. My parents has and continues to instill the importance of obtaining an education into my core values. Secondary, I'd also like to pursue my dream of playing sports on the collegiate level. I've participated in organized sports since the age of 7 and I've always wanted to experience the highest level of competition and I believe playing at the collegiate level gives me that opportunity. Another goal or top priority that is just as important as an education is having a good name. My parents stress the importance of being a young man of integrity, honesty, and humility. As a teenager I had to learn some hard lessons in these areas, yet it was because of these lessons that made me more grateful and humbled. I honor my parents and those in authority. I continue to say "yes sir" or "no ma'am." When I am corrected, whether by a teacher, coach, or parent, I take it and apologize. When I slacked off in studying and admit that I was inconsistent. But had to work extra hard and not make excuses. I believe this is what makes me stands out-having these moral values. One thing that my mom always says about me is that I perform well under pressure (just like her!). Some people crack because they lack tenacity or substance. But I crack because I know who I am -not only skilled but I come from quality. I can admit my mistakes and my flaws, but I also can admit my desire and my passion to do right and win and make it in life.
