Alexander Dawson Jr '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alexander Dawson Jr. I am a student-athlete that attends Albany High School. I am an enthusiastic DB that can produce in many different ways. Over the years i have been told that I'm too small and to short. Through hardwork and determination there are many things I can provide to a team. Although I primarily play DB I can play nearly every skill position and some special teams. As a Sophmore, I started 5 games at Free Safety and recorded 25 tackles. As a junior I was the primary defensive play caller. Although I am smart on the field, I am also smart in the classroom. Most student-athletes aren't in college and playing high school football. With a 3.57 GPA my academics will have a big roll in which school I shall attend. I wish to attend a program that I can major in physical therapy and transition into a personal trainer or physical trainer after I graduate. I have no preference to where I go, I would just like to help any program grow and have a opportunity to play at the next level. Through hardwork, dedication, and self-motivation; I am willing to give everything I have to be on a football field.
