I'm a very good team player, always putting the team's needs before my own. I work well with coaches and take criticism very well as that is the only way to get better in team based sports. I have very good character with a high level of maturity being beyond some people my age and with this came very good performance in academics. Given the difficult commitment to athletics, academics often suffers and sometimes so does character. As my reputation is very good in those three key areas, I believe I am a top recruit who takes pride in representing myself, my family, my Team and in the future your University.

- The Xceler8 Performance training methodologies work in concert with our nutritional team and medical staff systematically rebuilding our athletes from the rigors of the season while preparing them to leave an impression on test day. Combining all facets of their physical development with optimal recovery and regeneration strategies will allow us to peform more work in less time, maximiz- ing productivity and efficiency.

- Pro-OTA’s are a series of Professional Organized Training Activities geared towards Youth to Professional Athletes conducted by current and retired Professional Athletes. Our goal is to slow the game down and carefully instruct the overall dynamics of the sport. We will work to instill the core fundamentals of the game through technical drills and position specific skill work. We will also be installing concepts and practice simulating different phases of the game.
