My goal is to play college level football. Unfortunately, I did not take my academics serious the first 3 years of high school and it is coming back to haunt me. I am now working my butt off to get my GPA up as much as possible. I am also working equally as hard on the field and in the weight room to excel and improve my skills to the highest of my abilities. When people tell me I cannot make it because of my lower grades and because I didn't play my junior year, it does not discourage me, it motivates me more. It has been my dream since I first put on a helmet and pads to play at a level beyond high school. I believe I am a good candidate for college because I don't just make myself work hard, but I am equally concerned with the performance of my teammates. I try to encourage and motivate others around me to work their hardest as well. What makes me different from the thousands of other high school players is not only the God-given talent I was blessed with, but my dedication to work harder and my drive to continuously reach higher each week on the game field and practice field. You will not find anyone else with a bigger heart and passion for this sport and I will not let my coaches nor my teammates down.
