My name is Nate Eschleman and I am a senior at Union Mine High School in El Dorado, California. I spent my junior year as the backup quarterback behind a three year starter and did not see much playing time. I opened spring and summer practice as the starting quarterback and went into the year as the starter and voted captain of our team. In the first two games our offensive struggled a bit and I made the move to receiver. I was not too excited about this as I spent the whole year practicing at qb but I was on board to do what was best for the team and became the starter in week three. Ended up being a good decision as I finished with 78 catches for 1,196 yards and 13 tds. Ended up 3rd in yards per game in the Sac-Joaquin Section and I was named 1st team all league, 2nd team all section, All Metro honorable mention both offense and defense.
My main focus has always been to do my best and help my team win it whatever way possible. I feel that I am a good leader on and off the field. I strive to do my best in the class room and push myself to improve my grades. I am looking for a college to help contribute on the football field and more importantly further my education.
Thank you for your time.
