Kelsey Renner '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kelsey Renner and I'd like to play field hockey in a Division III school for my college career. I'm 5'5" and about 105 pounds. I'm very quick on the field, which helps since I play forward right wing. I also have strong passing skills. I've started both my years on Varsity, and am now Varsity Captain. I'm a really good team mate and am always willing to help others with anything they need, on or off the field. I want to give one hundred and ten percent, personally, so my team can benefit as a whole. Like I stated earlier, I'm looking to play in a DIII school, preferably around Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Massachusetts. I'd also prefer the school to be liberal arts, since I'm looking to major in either Psychology, Education, or International Relations. I'd like to play all throughout college, ideally. I'm really passionate about field hockey, and it's how I like to spend a lot of my free time, even if it's just hitting around in my front yard. I even did my science fair project on field hockey! You can probably tell here, and even more when you talk to me, that the sport and being part of a team mean a lot to me. I can't even imagine how great it would be to continue doing what I love for another four years.
