My name is Sean Meyer and I am a senior this fall at Oconomowoc High School in Oconomowoc, Wis. I have been the starting varsity catcher for the last two years. As a sophomore, I helped lead the team to the state semi-finals in the large school division; as a junior, I helped lead the team to the sectional finals, one win away from another state appearance. I anticipate being the starting catcher my senior year and expect to help lead my team back to the state tournament in June.
I have been focusing on catching since I was 10, and I love being involved in every minute of the game. I work out nearly year-round to improve my hitting and receiving, while also working to keep my grades up. I establish a good rapport with every pitcher I catch and every umpire I come across. I love the game and am working hard to get to the next level.
