Nate Loomis '16 Recruiting Profile

First, I am a fully committed student. I have maintained a high GPA of 3.9 from freshman year to midway through my junior year. I challenge myself in the classroom by taking multiple AP courses such as AP Calculus, AP Government, and AP US History. I have made High Honor Roll every year at my high school and I am currently ranked 19th out 112 students in my grade. Along with being an accomplished student, I also like to volunteer at local events like Red Cross Bell Ringing, working at the Beloit Fire Department Pancake Breakfast multiple times, and working at the Festival on the Rock River multiple times as well. I plan to major in Pre-Optometry, Pre-Med, or Pre-nursing in college.
As for my athletic career, I hold myself to very high standards for my performance. Not only individually but as a team as well. I will do anything to make the team better and more successful. I am a team player all the way and I am a very selfless teammate. I am constantly working to improve my overall strength, stamina, endurance, and skill.  If that means early mornings before school or late nights I will not settle for mediocre. Its is a dream of mine to play college baseball at a high level and to play to the best of my ability and help my teammates be at their best as well.
