Tyler Treat '18 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for looking through my profile, giving me a chance, and looking at what I have to offer for your team. I am looking to pursue my dream of playing baseball on the college level while getting a degree in criminology or criminal justice. I am in a great position to lead and have been a captain of many teams throughout many sports including baseball, volleyball, and swimming. This is part of the reason I love playing shortstop because you are constantly helping your team with the game plan along with keeping them all in track so that the defense is immaculate and in the best position to prevent any 90 foot gains. I spend most of my time on the diamond in the middle infield positions. At the plate I was awarded offensive player of the year my sophomore season right after tearing my ACL the season before and along with keeping around the one of the highest batting average every year in high school. I'm looking to be a positive impact on a team that will also better me as a player.
