Personal Statement

In college, I am looking for a school that can give me the best opportunity to learn my selected major and to play baseball as a perk of getting an education.

My main life's dream has been to become a professional baseball player for as long as I can remember. My goals for the near future are to become a starting member of my Varsity Baseball team and to graduate near the top of my class. Within the next five years my goal is to be starting for my college baseball team and to be working towards my selected major.

I aspire to be a good role model for young men and kids, like I am now for my two younger siblings.

I have made a personal commitment that I will not drink or do drugs and to keep a good relationship with God. As I go throughout my college and hopeful professional career I want to become the honest, humble man I am working to be right now.

On the field, I know the importance of being a team player and having a strong work ethic. As I mature with the game I feel my work ethic only becomes stronger, and my passion for the game increases. Every ball that I hit whether it is a sure out or a base hit I bust my tail down the line to try and make a difference in the game. I give 100% all game every game to try and help my team win.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
