My name is Ricky Medrano and I am currently a high school Senior. I play shortstop on the Pearsall Mavericks varsity baseball team and this past season was my second year on the varsity squad. This past year in our 2013 home tournament, I was recognized as All Teams Tournament Player.
As a player, I give 110 percent on the field. My ultimate goal is to be able to play baseball at the college level, and every day my focus is towards getting better as a player. In the meantime, I will continue to work hard to achieve my goals as an athlete and play baseball at the next level. I really want to find the best college that not only fits me as a baseball player, but (more importantly) academically as well. I will keep working hard to see where baseball can take me.
