I became interested in baseball at a young age from my dad and grandpa teaching me how to play the sport I would eventually fall in love with. After playing my sport for majority of 13 years I have learned that I take pride in whatever I do and will put forth my full effort into anything I'm apart of. I also have a good work-ethic, I will not let anyone out work me, I will show up early and stay late if that is what it takes to stay on your team. My parents and grandparents have had the biggest influence on my life and made me into the man I am today. Which is where I get my work-ethic from; I was taught by my family that if you don't work for anything you won't get anything.
My sophomore year I made the varsity squad but our outfield was filled with three seniors all of which had won district honors. I learned a lot that year as I had to earn a starting spot over one of them. That year taught me to be committed and also to take advantage of the chances to play I did get early in the season. My goals in high school academically are to remain an all A's student, remain a member of the National Honor Society and, become apart of the top 10 percent. In college I would like to pursue a degree in engineering while also getting a chance to fulfill my dreams of playing baseball at the collegiate level. So coach if you want a player that will work hard, hustle, and give everything he has to become a member of your team then I'm your guy.
