While planning my high school graduation courses, I narrowed down my career path ambitions to the Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) program. To set me on the right path for successfully completing the program, I am taking AP mathematics courses during high school and I am putting in extra study time – I attended weekly tutorials all school year. I have really enjoyed taking the engineering courses so far at Frisco ISD’s Career & Technical Education Center (CTE). So as a high school student, my goal is to keep working hard to try and make all A’s and prepare for college courses.
Aerospace Engineering interests me the most. I would like to attend a college that is very prestigious in the engineering field. An athletic scholarship and the ability to continue playing the sport I love is my ultimate goal.
I play for my high school team but not all the guys take the game as serious as I do. I have learned those who work the hardest, reap the most benefits. So, I work very hard every day to continue to better myself to play at a more competitive level by working on my drills, lessons with my pitching and batting coaches, and select ball.
Since I was 8 years old my dream was to play MLB someday but my goals for now are to continue to improve in baseball and work hard to get a college scholarship for my education.
