I am a hard worker that appreciates a good competition. By competing I'm able to improve while having milestones. Whenever I'm not improving my body physically I improve it mentally. I do this by playing chess with a clock so I have to think quickly and know what I have to do for my next move no matter what piece is moved. Kind of like knowing what to do or where to be when the ball is hit in play.
