I started playing baseball in the 8th grade. It was a late start, but ever since then baseball has been everything. I have been working as hard as possible from day 1, always giving 100 percent. I love baseball. I am usually the one that does things no one else wants to, but that is okay as long as I can keep playing baseball. While everybody else on the team is saying, "I don't want to go to practice today", I am always looking forward to it. As every year progresses, I keep getting more and more serious. I am taking batting and pitching every week and keep improving every time.
School is also important in my life. While I dream of playing baseball at the professional level, and will work hard to make that dream come true, my first priority is to get a good education. I want to attend a school that is a good fit for me, academically and athletically. Where I can earn my degree and contribute to a team.
