Aiden Prentice '16 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was a little kid, I've been a very driven, goal-oriented competitor.  Whether playing wiffle ball with my older brothers, earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at age 11, or playing in little league games, I always worked to be better than the person sitting next to me.  I've always dreamed of playing baseball beyond high school, and every day I strive with that goal in mind.  In my attitude and my actions, I go above and beyond what is expected in the classroom and on the baseball field, while leading my peers to join me.  One thing I can't stand is complacency, because the way I see it, I can always improve. As a baseball player, I would describe myself as aggressive, passionate, unselfish, and a leader by example. I understand the importance of putting the team first and not worrying about individual stats.  My strengths are that I perform well under pressure situations, and that I am very coachable; I listen and adjust.  My goal is to play baseball at a four year college that challenges me academically and on the baseball field.
