Tanner Walsh '17 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing baseball since I was 3 years old.  I love the game and what it has taught me.  Respect, hardwork, competitiveness, all the things that my dad said it would.  I come from a small town (Binger, OK hometown of Johnny Bench) where baseball is life.  I'm a 4th generation Bobcat.  My freshman year we won state titles in fall and spring.  I was on cloud 9. My sophomore year we made it to first round of state in the fall and second round of state in the spring.  So coming off my freshman year and winning big, then falling just short my sophomore year, made me stronger and more determined to work harder and be a positive influence on my teammates.  We lived at the field and in the cages. Junior year come around and hard work paid off.  State titles in the fall and spring again.  I've stayed focused all summer and now my senior year is here and my teamates and I are ready to put in the work to defend our titles.
