Cameron Blazek '18 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coach,

    Growing up in North Dakota people say we have a disadvantage because we can't play year round like the southern states. But I look at this as an advantage, having 4 seasons has allowed me to become a well rounded athlete playing 3 varsity sports(Baseball, Football, and Basketball). Each one of these sports has incorporated into baseball career in their own way. And when it is baseball season we play as much as we can because in North Dakota the weather is never the same for more than 24 hrs. When we do get the long winters and the cold days it helps me not take for granted all the times we do get to play. This has helped me develop a hard working passion for the game. As a teammate I am very energetic and love the excitement of the game, I pride myself on bringing the same energy to the ballpark every day as well as the classroom. I strongly believe I would be a great fit for your University in every aspect, all I need is the opportunity. Coach, thank you so much for taking the time to read this today.
