Thomas Helms '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Thomas Helms, I am a first baseman of the 2017 class out of Hunt High school in Wilson, NC. I have been playing baseball since I was four years old and it was my first love. My love for the game has taught me many life lessons on the field and off. I hope to attend college to study either sports broadcasting or physical therapy, or really anything dealing with sports. Throughout high school, I have been able to maintain a GPA above 3.5 currently with a 3.85 GPA. This has enabled me to be inducted into the National Honors Society, which I was very pleased and proud to join. As a baseball player, I pride myself on being able to hit to all fields. This being a skill that I believe will aid me as an asset to any college team and give me an opportunity to continuing my baseball career in college.
