Tyler Whitaker '17 Recruiting Profile

I would love to have the opportunity to play a few extra years of the sport I love and push myself to limit be the best I can possibly be. I feel like I can be a great "coach able" player and make any  adjustments nessary to my swing, fielding and base running. What makes me different from other players is my ability to push myself to do better for example my freshman year I was small weak couldn't do much of anything but I Pushed myself to hit the gym and make myself stronger and faster i went from being 5'6 106 pound to 5'6 140 pounds in one summer that next season I started on jv and had one of the top 3 batting averages on the team. My character is the one thing I try to to change or manipulate I try to be a nice caring young man  evening being involved as a boyscout. My academics are decent in my eyes but ik I could do better I'm not the smartest guy in the world but I sure do try like I am the smartest guy in the world.
