Personal Statement

My personal goals and aspirations for the future are to be successful and to have a paid education. I realize that in order for me to have a good future it is a result of what I do now. In order for me to have higher education I will have to do everything academically to my full ability. I understand that there are more aspects to life than just baseball. Even though I would love to play baseball at a higher level I also understand the importance of a long-term education. As a student athlete, I understand the responsibility and the title I hold as a representative of a student athlete.

I consider being a part of an organization as based on my talents not only focusing on me; it’s about the people to come along in the future as well. I would be a great candidate for any college team because I am a natural born leader. I understand that in order to be an effective leader I must first learn to follow. I'm normally able to take charge of any situation that is out of control or in need of assistance. I am also a responsible, positive, and a happy person. I feel that these traits are needed on a team and in life in general because this helps one to maintain peace of mind and a sense of calmness. As a high school baseball player anytime one of my fellow teammates are down on themselves or under the weather I am always there to pick them up and put a smile on their face. I am different from other recruits because athletically and academically I am strong willed, highly focused and hard working. I feel that no matter what it is in life you should attempt to do your best and be willing to go the extra mile in order to get the task accomplished.

I understand that the road to success is not easy and I am willing to sacrifice and work as hard as needed in order to be successful. Some other recruits might get a little problem in their journey to success and give up, I will not give up I will stick to my plan and know that at the end it will all work out for the better. It's all about seeking the positives in all things.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
