Mike Roethke '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mike Roethke. I am 17 years old and a Senior at Immaculata High School in Somerville, New Jersey. I am the starting catcher for the baseball team and this will be my 3rd season on Varsity. As a Junior I was selected to the First Team All Conference, All County, All Non-Public, and received the Ron Snell Memorial Award for Outstanding Player.  As a sophomore, Immaculata won the Non Public A state championship, which I contributed to. I'm 5'8 180 pounds and have a strong, athletic build. I have great leadership qualities and was selected to be the captain my freshman and sophomore years.  I also have a great work ethic and always look to improve my game in every aspect. I run a 7.0 sixty-yard dash and have a 1.9 pop-time. Playing college baseball has been a dream of mine ever since I started playing.
