Ryan Kadoguchi '17 Recruiting Profile

    My collegiate goals are to play for a program that wants more than to simply win. I want to play for a program that wants to make not only me better, but everyone on the team better.  Also I want a program that will believe in me and do everything within its power to get me to the next level. To me there is always one more level and I am doing everything that I believe will help me reach that next level.

    I believe that I will make a good candidate for any team. I've moved around and have played for multiple teams and at each team I did whatever I could to make the team better and will continue to do that for every team that I play for.  Also because I believe that is better for the team as the whole to get better rather than one person I would be more than willing to help out or learn from others.

    What makes me different from other recruits is that I believe that I am very competitive and that I realize that baseball is team sport and that if you have just one really amazing kid you don't have a really amazing team. If you want a really amazing team everyone on it needs to work hard and push one another in order to all get better.  As for my competitiveness, I want to be the best one on the field and I am more than willing to put in the work to be the best.
