Hello, my name is Dave Johnson. I am currently a junior (class of 2017) and the starting centerfielder for Southfield Christian school. My goals leaving high school are to graduate with a 3.5, go all conference or higher my junior and senior years, and sign in the winter of 2016 with a college team that is serious about player development and hard work, while offering a challenging and effective major for my studies.
I am young and short for my grade, but I make up for that with maturity, leadership, and consistently growing speed. As a player I offer a dependable student on and off the field who will do work in the classroom and on the diamond. One key asset I have as a young player is a fiery spirit and persona that I carry with me. Not only will you get a hardworking young man as a player, you will also receive a player who understands that the second he signs he's at the bottom all over again and will have to work his way to earn a spot.
