My name is Joe Stewart and I am going in to my Junior year at Portage Central High School. I am an athletic player which allows me to play multiple positions. I have played travel baseball at a high level for 6 years. I currently play for the Kalamazoo Maroons. Playing at a high level with the best competition in the country for such a long time has helped me develop and grow as a player. Besides baseball I also play basketball, and am involved in multiple extracurricular activities. I am Student Council representative which has helped me become a very good leader. I was also elected to the student ambassador program which is designed to help incoming freshman be more comfortable in a High School setting. I have dreamed of playing college baseball for my whole life and hope one day that dream can come true.
