My name is Jesse Welch and I believe that I am a valuable recruit that has yet to have been fully discovered. I have always been one of the most talented players on each of my teams, and have the stats to prove it. But beyond that, I am fully committed to being an admirable person outside of baseball. I hold myself to the highest standard in regards to character, respect for those around me, and academics.
