Baseball 2017Personal Statement
Since I first started playing baseball, I've always wanted to play at the highest level possible. Over the past few years it has been my number one goal to find a college where I can thrive academically as well as on the field.
Athletically, I have played varsity baseball since my freshman year and I have improved as a player and a leader from this experience. This year, I have taken the responsibility of organizing off season workouts and practices, and motivating my teammates to prepare for the spring. I have always had great relationships with my coaches in all sports, and I enjoy learning from them to better myself.
In school, I have always held myself accountable to work as hard in the classroom as I do in sports by keeping a high GPA, taking challenging classes, and asking teachers for help when I need it.
I want to attend a college where I am pushed on the diamond and I can earn a quality education, whatever level that may be.
